Okay so as you probably know by now it looks like the Argos are on the way to BMO. We know that it'll suck, but we need to know the the plan is...and maybe try to stop it if possible. What's your thoughts on this? I was thinking about a group open letter to Leiweke.

We don't fully know yet as nothing is official yet. However if they made the move more than likely the grass field will be replace with a hybrid turf. The South End would have to be extened, and 127 would either expand, or get new sections to our left.

my main issues:
1. sightlines... already further from the field than we should be IMO 2. will they keep the corners supporter sections or will all supporter activities be forced to move to the south(which i'm assuming will be expanded) 3. The pitch... I'm not against Hybrid grass as it is used in many major stadiums but either pointyball lines or a chewed up middle of the field will make me a very unhappy king pint 4. at some point ticket prices will reflect the investment that has been made... already $100 mil for 2 player over 4-6 years if we add another 120+ mil to that we are looking for sizable increase in our costs in the coming years. 5. optics of the stadium... we have red seats but with the argos and the baby blue uniforms what will they do with the stadium from a colour scheme point 6. Argos have put themselves into this situation by being cheap, why are we being forced to just take them because of mistakes they made. 7. National soccer Stadium... we are the national stadium and will that change with the congested fixture list we are likely to have a BMO?
In the end this is a strategic move by TL and MLSE to secure the future of the Argos and the CFL. The CFL is a big canadian content provider for Bell and the NFL has said they won't come to canada unless the league and the team are looked after.
I have faith in TL but just because he says everything will be fine doesn't mean it will. I believe he believes he can make this work and work well but that doesn't mean it actually will.

Braley court-side tonight at the Raps game with LT... you know being court-side with an MLSE owner is always a precursor to a deal being done.
