Nah Caldwell is captain for sure. Bradley and Dero vice captains I think.

So I have had someone close to emery confirm to me that Emery Welshmen was cut on Feb 14th and the team is just taking it's time to release the information. This is the 1st time this person has offered up any information to me so lets see if it is true.
News is a little disappointing since i was looking forward to seeing him develop with Wilmington.

Laba to Vancouver on loan for the year.... F$ the shitecaps but this is likely the best situation for club and the player.

What exactly does "traded for future considerations" mean? Does it mean they put a sign around his neck that said free to good home and the fine print said only if you remember we did this for you? This getting him back next year or getting money for him next year doesn't really help now. I think they couldn't figure anything out in time for the 1st and Vancouver (or anyone else they were talking to) knew this.

Very well could be... I see it more of Laba wanting to stay in MLS and since we making a move like this we may as well let him earn more time towards becoming a domestic.
It's really tough to judge without knowing what vancouver has to give up to keep him.

David Rowaan @soccercanada 5m
Nakajima Farran is back in town. Should be officially signed before the Seattle game. Good addition IMO and an upgrade over Lambs

uneasy about this Issey/Warner deal... for a number of reasons: 1) How this was apparently communicated to the player and/or his agent was shabby - FFS I thought those old days of treating players like shit was done away with. How fucking hard can it be to call a guy in and let him know what is or might happen in advance??? 2) You NEVER trade with a rival it it can be helped. This could have been helped. 3) Bradiey to the World Cup was known to be happening long long ago. This looks like a panic move that is extremely short sighted - particularly if allocation cash is moving to Montreal. 4) What does TFC have against wingers and wide play? I can't possibly count home many games from our 113 perch I have seen the east side of the pitch completely devoid of ANY TFC player for minutes upon minutes upon end! The team seems right gown to its DNA to not understand that they would be well served with a bit of fucking width! Issey added some creativlty and a bit of a nose for the net as well. Would love to hear Bez explain this one with something other than platitudes and jargon.
