It's being reported that DeRo has signed for TFC. 1 year + Option making under 200K. Approximately 170K. Are you happy he's back?

Good money, good term, now to see if Dero can battle father time for another 2 seasons while some of our young guys mature.
Very happy he is back, he bring some swagger to this squad which has been lacking over the years.

As long as he can stay fit and keep his attitude in check (pun sort-of intended) then I don't have an issue. It will be a short return if Me-Ro, not De-Ro returns.
Hopefully his comeback will last longer that Doug Gilmour's.

I wonder if they will have a big presser at the ACC with a meet and greet like they did the first time he signed... I was there

I think he can only help the team. Both parties will go into this with their eyes open. For the club it's an experienced player who can help both in the starting XI and off the bench. He can help teach the young MF's how to play attacking football, and he comes at a low cap hit. For DeRo he gets to redeem himself, retire a hometown hero and continue to build his business interests in the city of which he has many.
A win - win for both parties I think.

Dero returning is as exciting as the rest of the signing.
He will be the heart and passion this team was lacking. His intensity is contagious and I love that osario will get to learn from him
